Thy Sins Be Forgiven!

There are no greater words a person can hear than THY SINS BE FORGIVEN!
In Mark 2: 1-12 we can read of a man who experienced those words, Thy Sins Be Forgiven. He was a Paralytic therefore; he was bedridden and could not walk himself. However, he had some friends that would carry him to where Jesus was.

Jesus was healing and doing miracle through out the country and people where coming to hear him preach the good news. This day the place where He was preaching was so crowded to where there was no room even at the door. However the men that were carrying the paralytic had faith enough to carry him to the top of the roof and broke it up to let the paralytic down in to where Jesus was. When Jesus saw their faith, he said Son Thy Sin Be Forgiven Thee.
Jesus went to the root of the problem he needed forgiveness, of course that is what every person needs today, forgiveness of sins. We may not be physically parallelized or bed-ridden but we may feel like it. Being Born Again or Saved is what the world needs. We all need to hear those words form Jesus, Thy Sins Be Forgiven.

The scribes that stood by heard Jesus forgive the man of his sins and began to reason within themselves, who can forgive sins but God only? Jesus perceived in His Spirit what they where thinking and said unto them, so that you will know that the Son Of Man (Jesus) has power to forgive sins, He said, I say unto thee, arise take up thy bed and go thy way into thine house. Immediately he arose, took up the bed before them all. Jesus healed the man to prove He had the power and authority to forgive sins.

The purpose Jesus came to this earth is to seek and save that which was lost and give eternal life.
In this world, sicknesses and problems can take away from us, but nothing can ever take away the forgiveness Jesus offers to all that come to him.

Something to think about:

GOD who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were. ROMANS 4:17

(I might not look or be righteous all the time, but GOD see me as if I were.) Therefore, what is my mind set when I pray or worship? (worthy or unworthy?) When we know the answer to that question we will know what it means to pray and worship in JESUS NAME!!!
